“Sports Injury Recovery is 75% Psychological and 25% Physiological”

-Hershman, Nicholas &Thompson

BRAINSPOTTING

  • Assist an athlete’s Brain and Body in clearing-resolving-healing their past Mental and Physical Injuries-Traumas-Stressors.
  • Allows the brain and body to de-condition the mal-adaptive neuro pathways the brain and body creates-conditions when it endures injuries-trauma-surgeries. After the traumatic mental and physical memories are released from the athlete’s brain and body the athlete can completely heal from the trauma.
  • After the brain and body are fully healed the brain has the capability and as neuroplasticity suggests to re associate past positive sports performance neuro-pathways which had been blocked by the sports trauma allowing for the mal-adaptive neuro-pathway to no longer be traveled and eventually become weakened enough they are no longer exist.
  • Clear an athlete’s “What Ifs” or “Worst Case Scenarios” associated with the execution of a dynamic sports performance.
  • Similar to personally experienced traumas, when an athlete sees another athlete experience an injury-crash or any other negative outcome during competition they experience secondary trauma which creates mal-adaptive pathways too.
  • Resource Brainspotting helps to mentally condition a “no mind” eye gaze position to assist an athlete in getting into the “zone” for sports competitions.
  • The brainspotting resource spotting process allows the athlete to condition their best or positive sports performance memory so they do not over think or become anxious they will instead be able to execute their sports performance with ease.

PHOTOBIOMODULATION

  • Pulsed lasers assist an athlete’s body in healing up to 50% faster from injuries-surgeries.
  • Photobiomodulation pulsed lasers assist an athlete’s brain in healing from Concussion(s)-Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) and or preventing the development of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).
